Kallu, 3 years after life on India's streets

SARTHI is not here to market illusionary feel-good stories about quick and easy fixes to complex, massive issues of poverty. But we do believe that sometimes, with a little faith, some wonderful things can happen. Three years ago one of our donors was alarmed by our photos of tiny 5yo Kallu sitting in a government detention center for street children in Patna, and offered to help us sponsor the child, to give him a more normal life. This is Kallu today, three years later.
