SARTHI is proud to welcome another child into our care -- tiny little 'Chulbul', who is deaf and has not yet learned to communicate, was found wandering alone by police in Patna, an orphan with no known family. We extend our profound thanks to a local donor, Ms. Pawanpreet Kaur, who offered to support this very young child with special needs and make this all possible.
